Studio Infinito - San Siro Stadium Renovation

San Siro Stadium needs a renovation, but why destroy such an iconic cultural center? I propose maintaining the red truss systems, while moderning the stadium beneath. This presents complex challenges with fixed space constraints, competing structural systems, overcoming historical narratives, and reshaping the story for a new generation. The goal was to create a stadium that highlights the trusses as a cultural symbol, lifting them above the crowd and minimizing any competing viewpoints. A facade system is proposed of mirror-like glass that can rotate on the 12* axis, either reflecting the trusses and sky as floating icons or moving to reflect the bustling public piazza below.
