"Exotichair" - Flat Pack Design Build Project

Studio project to create a flat pack wooden chair design that can be created with a CNC machining process, easily ship to a customer, and be assembled on site. A unique challenge was tackled by creating a single piece for the chair seat and back, which can bend during assembly for a modern chair feel. The visual identity of the product centers on the idea of an animalism, a crocodile chair. These features can be seen in the teeth chair back, which creates a massaging back effect, and the rotating chair feet that mimic crocodile feet.
